Yes, Participants who complete this entire workshop and its evaluation are eligible for 1.5  NYSED Social Work, Mental Health Counseling and Marriage & Family therapy continuing education hours. Theratel Training Institute a subsidiary of Theratel Counseling Services LCSW, PLLC  is an Approved Continuing Education Provider, for Social Work No. #SW-0763, #MHC-0327, #MFT-0130. Programs that do not qualify for NYSED CE credit are clearly identified. Theratel Training Institute is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

Credits will offered for licensed professionals and all other designations will be provided Certificates of Completion upon request.

Course completion requirements: To earn CE credit, attendees must log in at the scheduled time, attend the entire course, and complete an online course evaluation. Certificates of completion will be emailed within ten business days of course completion. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. Please check with your licensing board to confirm CE credit approval.

Replays will be available for bundle registration for a limited time. 

On Demand (Replay) with CE credits will be made available for a fee after the workshop.

Individual workshop cancellation must be within 3 days of the selected workshop to receive a full refund minus a 5% admin fee.

Bundle Workshop cancellation made within 7 days of the first workshop will receive a full refund minus a 5% admin fee.

Bundle workshops made 6 days or less will receive a 50% refund minus admin fees.

Workshop No Shows are not eligible for a refund.

Yes, Registration may be transferred to another person if requested at least 48 hours in advance of a workshop. Please send an email to [email protected] requesting the transfer with the new participant’s full name and email address.
