This workshop equips mental health and school-based professionals with strategies to engage youth through a culturally responsive lens. Participants will explore how culture, identity, and lived experiences influence behavior, learning, and emotional well-being. Through real-world examples and reflective practice, attendees will gain practical tools to build trust, foster inclusion, and support the holistic development of diverse students in educational settings.

Dr. Alvin Knight, Sr. is a seasoned educator and administrator with over 30 years of dedicated service in Education. Throughout his extensive career, he has held various teaching and leadership roles, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to fostering academic excellence and student development.
